ANDY'S STORY
I’ve spent the last 20 years as a baseball coach and consultant for other baseball coaches. I know the ins and outs of coaching pitchers by heart. But I’ve also learned training one-on-one with a pitcher isn’t everything. I gain much more personal satisfaction by leveraging the same strategies I’ve used to develop pitchers and solve their pain and applying them to other coaches to help them make the same impact on their players.
IT WASN'T ALWAYS EASY
Like every other player who's played this game...I thought I was destined to play in the Big Leagues. Until a cold day in Albuquerque, 10 days before the start of the new college season, in an intrasquad game, coming through on a fastball...I felt my elbow pull apart.
Once I accepted that my career was over, it became my mission to figure out why this happened to me...and more importantly...how can I make sure that no other player has to go through what I went through.
Shortly after that, I realized that by helping other coaches learn these proven and effective principles that I've discovered, that we could have a greater impact on more players than I ever could by myself.
